A beautiful hemidrachm from Selinos

SICILY. Selinos. Circa 410 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 15 mm, 1.83 g, 5 h). Head of Herakles facing slightly to left, wearing lion skin headdress. Rev. ΣΕΛΙΝΟΝΤΙΟΝ Charioteer driving quadriga galloping to left, holding kentron in his right hand and reins in his left; above, selinon leaf. HGC 2, 1228. Rizzo pl. XXXIII, 7. SNG ANS 715 (same dies). SNG Lloyd 1269 (same dies). Rare. A very well centered and unusually complete example of beautiful style. Minor porosity on the obverse and slight weakness on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
